Which Day appeared personally Henry Frederick Philip Voigt and made oath that he is of the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex a Batchelor Aged twenty one years and upwards and intendeth to intermarry with Amelia Croasdell of the same parish a spinster & minor of the age of nineteen ["twenty" crossed out] years and upwards by and with the consent of Amelia Croasdell Widow the Natural and lawful mother of the said Minor and that he knoweth of no lawful Impediment by Reason of any Precontract, Consanguinity, Affinity, or any other lawful cause whatsoever, to hinder the said intended Marriage, and prayed a Licence to solemnize the same in the Parish Church of Saint Leonard Shoreditch aforesaid and further made Oath that the usual Place of Abode of him the Appearer hath been in the said Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch for upwards of four Weeks last past. Then also appeared Personally the said Amelia Croasdell Widow and made Oath that She is the Natural and lawful Mother of the said Minor and that she is consenting to the above intended marriage and further that the said Minor hath no Testamentary or other Guardian to her lawfully appointed
